I am a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice and see clients in Fulham as well as Kensington. Over the last seven years I have worked in a number of public as well as private institutional settings including the NHS, universities and employee assistance programmes. My way of working is integrative-relational. I combine and tailor a number of different theoretical approaches whilst treating the relationship between us as the most important facilitator of our work together.
Clients often comment on the comfort and safety they experience through my presence and warmth. As well as being an important source of support during periods of distress, the quality of the relationship with your counsellor can assist in developing insights into yourself and your relationships in general. This can lead to finding new ways to make the changes you desire.
As a member of the BACP I adhere to their code of ethics and my work is regularly supervised by a senior practitioner. I closely follow new developments in the world of therapy and am committed to a continuing professional development programme.
